About me

My name is Kara Evans, I am 17 years old and I am a college student at Henley (Rotherfield campus). I am studying
Creative Media CMP. I live in High Wycombe, Booker.

Previous Experience

In my pass experience, I worked at a catering agency. In that, I was a waiter and was sent out to
many events to serve food and drinks to customers. During that, I experienced socialising with
customers, serving customers, cleaning, and setting up events.

Since January 2017, I have been working at Tuckin, a fish and chip shop which is a take-away and
restaurant resturant. My responsibilities were to serve customers and clean the shop thoroughly
throughout the day. I will sometimes help out with cooking if needed.

Objective
· Enthusiastic and reliable individual looking to gain experience in a customer facing retail
environment. I am looking to gain experience Part-time and so I am applying for the part time job
you are offering.

Skills & Abilities
• As part of my catering GCSE, I am regularly required to produce high quality food for a
client. This requires me to independently organize my time to ensure the final piece is
produced in an appropriate time and to a consistent high standard.
• In my media GCSE media I often lead projects to produce film trailers or pieces of
advertising. As a group leader I aid in the discussing, planning and organizing of the
necessary parts of the project.
 • In my free time I enjoy photography, art and music, I am currently building an amateur
portfolio for my artwork and am creating an e-portfolio in BTEC ICT for my GCSE Studies. I
enjoy photographing scenic pictures of natural landscapes and drawing abstract objects.
• I also enjoy cooking and baking in my spare time and have donated my time to bake cakes
for a local business fun day.
I am available to work any hours over the weekend and Wednesdays.
