The children should know, feel, and do the following:


 Know that honesty makes one a trustworthy person.
 Know the difference between true stories or false stories.
 Confess or admit one's own mistake.
 Follow simple instructions.
 Memorize verse.
 Memorize song.

Materials:
Pictures of Cartoons
Pictures of Real People
Tape
Cut-out cards of words such as “Trust,” “Masaligan,” and “Tiwala”

Suggested Verses (Please choose ONE):


“He who utters truth tells forth righteousness; but a false witness, deceit.” (Proverbs 12:17)
“A faithful witness will not lie, But a false witness utters lies.” (Proverbs 14:5)

STEPS
(According to the need of the children and the district, you are free to change the steps)
Do the following steps:
1) Begin with prayer.
2) Sing a hymn with the children.
3) Tell the children about the purpose of the pictures.
4) The purpose of the activity is to help children the difference between real and false characters.
5) Shuffle the pictures.
6) Let the children identify the persons or cartoons.
7) Ask the children which character are real or not.
8) After they correctly explain the difference, move to the next activity.
9) Encourage each child to tell the things they have done wrong to their friends.
10) For every confession, tape on their shirt any card which says “Trust,” “Masaligan,” or “Tiwala.
