HISTORY

2005 Uranium One is formed as a Canadian public company.


2007 Uranium One acquires UrAsia Energy Ltd. and a 70 percent stake in the Akdala and South Inkai uranium mines and a 30
percent in the Kyzylkum uranium mine in Kazakhstan.
2009 ROSATOM acquires a 19.95 percent interest in Uranium One Inc.
2010 Uranium One Inc. acquires the Willow Creek uranium mine and related properties in Wyoming, USA. Uranium One Inc.
also acquires a 50 percent interest in the Akbastau uranium mine and a 49.67 percent interest in the Zarechnoye mine in
Kazakhstan.
2010 ROSATOM acquires a 51.42 percent share in Uranium One Inc.
2011 Uranium One becomes the world’s fourth-largest uranium producer.
2012 Uranium One Inc. becomes the operator of the Mkuju River Project in Tanzania and acquires a minority interest.
2013 Uranium One shareholders approve a transaction to take the company private and Uranium One Inc. becomes a wholly-
owned indirect subsidiary of ROSATOM.
2013 Uranium One Holding N.V., a Netherlands-based company, is established as a platform for the development of the
international uranium assets of ROSATOM.
2014 Moscow-based Uranium One Group is set up to become a strategic center for consolidating expertise in uranium mining
and supporting further development of Uranium One as a global uranium market leader.
2016 Uranium One launches unified branding and a group-wide global communications platform to help expand opportunities in
the uranium sector and develop new markets.
2017 Uranium One Trading AG, a Switzerland-based company, is established for operations in the spot market of natural
uranium

Corporate Governence

Uranium One is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. This commitment is reflected in the company’s
Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Whistleblower Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy, as well as in the charters of its Board of
Directors and the Committees of the Board. All directors, officers and employees of Uranium One, its subsidiaries and controlled
entities are subject to the Code, the Whistleblower Policy and the Anti-Corruption Policy. They are required to be familiar with
their terms and are required to take all reasonable steps to ensure compliance. The code, the policies and the charters are
reviewed and updated regularly by the Board of Directors, with a view toward keeping pace with evolving rules, regulations and
corporate governance practices.
