used command in microsoft office. While creating queries is the least command that the respondents
know because most of them did not used MS Access to create database.

Most of the respondents are popular to Quickbooks because this accounting software is a frequently
used example that the instructors are using but xero is uncommon to respondents because some of
them never heard or did not knew that this accounting software exist but some who are curious about
the different accounting software knew that xero exist.
