This essay develops the business case for the SAMCAR autoparts company, and all the
necessary aspects for its start-up and operation. The main objective of this business plan
is to offer, through the Internet exclusively, the products that the company has
available, such as alarms, lighting and audio products. This is the external and internal
study of a small company that wants to take advantage of the current growth of this
trend of e-commerce, also benefiting from the advantages it offers such as a reduction
in costs or the opportunity to cover more geographical areas. In this work, the steps to
be followed for the implementation of the business are detailed and the viability of the
project is studied.
