*Reports should only include the common cases (epidemiology, clinical presentation, gross and microscopic findings, prognosis, immunohistochemical and molecular profile)
** Topics not covered in the reports are left to be studied on our own
***THERE WILL STILL BE WEEKLY EXAM (theoretical, projection), ASIDE FROM THE MONTHLY EXAM (theoretical, projection), so lets study well
**** If the reporting day falls on a holiday or we are too busy to accomplish the reporting on that specific week, im sorry but we need to do the reporting on a weekend(Saturday of the same week)
*****If we can stick to the schedule, we can finish early months before the annual In-service date and this will give us ample time to review again the reported topics
******Scores in the exams will be reflected in PET, and will be posted
