AND EASY TO MAINTAIN.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND IT WILL REMAIN SO.

CARELESS USE AND BAD MAINTENANCE COULD LEAD TO ACCIDENTS AND A REDUCED WORKING LIFE FOR THE MACHINE.

IF SAND IS PRESENT IN THE SLURRY WHEN MIXING, THE LIFE OF THE MACHINE WILL BE REDUCED AND WEARING PARTS WILL BE
EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY

PTO SHAFT WARNING

PTO EQUIPMENT IS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON CAUSES OF SERIOUS ACCIDENTS

THE SAFETY GUARDS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR PROTECTION

ALWAYS
Keep guards in position and replace immediately if removed for maintenance or adjustment.

Make sure the PTO Shaft guard covers the entire shaft, and is free to rotate on the shaft.

Study the instruction book of new machines and provide training for operators, if in doubt of safe operation, contact the manufacturer
immediately.

NEVER
Operate equipment without proper shaft guards fitted.

Permit young or inexperienced persons to operate PTO equipment.

Allow the machine to run unattended.

 OPERATING GUIDE
Before using the machine always:

· Ensure all grease points are greased using heavy duty grease.
· Ensure all guards are correctly positioned and secured.
· Ensure the PTO Shaft is connected properly to the tractor and the machine.

During operating the machine always::

· Keep persons, other than the operator, well away from the machine.
· Keep limbs and clothing well away from the PTO Shaft.
· Disengage and disconnect the PTO prior to carrying out any maintenance.

During operating the machine never:

· Allow the machine to run unattended

NEVER RUN THE MACHINE OUT OF THE SLURRY

OTHERWISE THE RUBBER BEARING WILL BE DAMAGED

How to operate the machine:

• Attach the machine to the tractor 3 point linkage. Position the Tank MAster against the slurry store with the propellor inside the
tank under the surface of the slurry.
• When in position, attach the stabiliser arms. Fit from Tank Master inner lower link pins to top linkage assembly of the tractor.
(attach below the main top link arm) Extend the stabiliser arms so transferring the weight of the tractor onto the Tank Master
feet. NOTE: Remove the stabiliser arms before lifting or moving the machine by the tractor link arms.
• Wrap the safety chain round the Tank Master column at the top of the tank and attach each end of the chain onto the slurry
stores top angle bolts. Release one side of the safety chain before operating the machine. NOTE: When leaving the Tank Master
up against the slurry store ensure the chain is in position before removing the machine from the tractor 3 point linkage.
• Connect PTO to tractor and run up to 540 RPM
• Grease the machine regularly.

If sand is present in the slurry when mixing, the life of the machine will be reduced and wearing parts will be excluded from the
warranty.
