Unit 6: Brief

The song I have chosen is Robin Schulz - Sugar (feat.

Francesco Yates). The genre of this song id
Dance/Electric and the target audience is anyone who
appeals to the song, the music video will contain no
content that is unsuitable for younger childeren.The
music video will be
aired on the rain dance
festival on 19-30 September 2018 in central London. The
submission date for the competition is the second of
February. The problems I am likely to encounter during the
unit are Lack of actors I’m not sure of many people that
would want to be involved with a music video. Adding on to
the lack of actors this will make it harder to film everyone
at the same time as not everyone will be avaidible on the
same day. Choosing the
right locations won’t be
difficult as I already have
an Idea of where the
different locations will be
in the music video, however I would like the weather for
the music video to be sunny and because it is january at
the moment having sunny weather is unlikely so chosing
the day to film the music video will be very specific. For
the skills required I am very confident when it comes to
filming the music video however planning and editing the
piece will be more difficult as I am lacking in those
techniques. There is many pieces of equipment that I do
not possess that will
make the shots clearer and also allow a wider range
of shots which will improve the quality of the music
video.
