Four is the strongest wind you can summon. It is so

Tape Print out all materials. 1 Straighten out a paper clip. Cut out three chipboard circles the same
diameter as the printed dial artwork. Set one aside, this will be the dial base. Cut a slot in the
other two circles. The slot should begin in the center of the cirlce and be at least half the
length of the paper clip. These slots will hold the paper clip in place.

Inner ring 2 Bend the paper clip 90° at the middle. 3 Insert the shorter end of the paper clip into the

(chipboard) slot of one of the chipboard circles. 4 Tape the paper clip in place from below. Trap the paper

the dial artwork.

Cut the center out of the second chipboard circle to form the inner and outer rings. Shave
down the edge of the inner ring so that it can rotate freely inside the outer ring and set it
aside. Glue the outer ring to the bottom dial artwork and let dry. Push the bottom dial
assembly onto the protruding tip of paper clip. Make sure the bottom dial artwork can be seen
through the windows in the top dial. 5 Bend the paper clip 90°, leaving a small portion of the
clip vertical to serve as an axle, and then 6 bend it sideways until it has a ‘V’ shape when

7 Slip a piece of tape between the paper clip and bottom dial artwork with the adhesive

into the slot. Finally, glue the inner ring to the center of the dial base and let dry. When
