and wholesalers. It's also critical for manufacturers, who maintain three types of inventory: raw

identification of inventory objects. Inventory objects could include any kind of physical asset:
merchandise, consumables, fixed assets, circulating tools, library books, or capital equipment. To

Reedisha knitex produce garments product. Basically they have their own factory for doing all the

They have their own inventory holding place to keep all the raw materials so there is no holding
cost. And they did all their buying transaction by LC. For buying raw materials from supplier they
received PI (Proforma Invoice) where suppliers send their cost with transportation cost included.

Reedisha Knitex placed their order based on their buyers order. After receiving the order from the
buyer they decide how much raw materials they needed to buy for their production. Buyer opened
a LC account for the payment of their product.

After receiving the order by confirmation Reedisha opened back to back LC for the payment of
their suppliers. They received PI from their supplier and confirmed their order and the payment is
secured by those back to back LC. In the PI suppliers showed their cost chart for the specific raw
materials. All those raw materials are needed to buy suppliers show their product cost with
