- Check level of day tank 100 lit is ok. If not can not operate .
- Check volume in tank is medium. If not can not send signal ready.
- Check concentration xxxxx ppm if not can not send signal ready.
- If concentration is ok xxxxx ppm , if volume is medium in tank , if in day tank have PAA then send signal to filler is ready.

Step 1 make up concentration
- Fill water until full level .
- Dosing pump working up concentration to xxxx ppm
- PAA Analyzer measurement the concentration is ok wait for 3-5 min until stable then send signal ready.
Step 2 request PAA
- Input signal request , if system is ready P 3 and valves will open.
- If system is not ready , pump and valve will off. And up concentration until reach to set point.
Step 3 PAA make up during operate
- If solution is lower medium , add water and dosing pump will make up concentration.
- If concentration is low during make up P 3 will stop. and wait for PAA solution is ok.
