Al Jaber Group (AJC) is a privately owned diversified group of companies whose
success is based on sustainable growth and diversification. The strength of the Group’s
performance is based on its ability to utilize the synergies between the Groups companies
to support and complement each other, and to manage risk through diversification and

AJC was established in 1970 and today is a market leader, the Group is the largest
private sector employer in the UAE with 40,000 employees and boasts the largest fleet
of vessels, cranes, equipment and machinery in the UAE.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar have historically been the principal markets
for AJC’s business activities with well-established and long-standing relationships with
government, semi-government and private sector clients. However, due to the Group’s
diversified nature, it also has exposure to export markets all over the world and
particularly in the GCC and the Far East.
AJC has engineered and constructed over 5,000km. of roads, more than 5,000 villas
and landmark commercial buildings; it is one of the largest construction contractors in
the region.

Al Jaber Group is also an industry leader in oil & gas pipelines construction work, oil
rigs refurbishment, industrial fabrication, heavy lifting and heavy transportation. The
Group possesses over 320 cranes in its fleet as well as the country’s largest construction
equipment/vehicle fleet (more than 10,000 units) managed under one umbrella.
Moreover, AJC has more than 40 years of experience in both land and sea transportation/
logistics in the UAE, its fleet includes 25 ships with worldwide marine transportation
capability.
AJC owns state of the art fabrication facilities serving the engineering/construction
industry and the largest aluminium extrusion facility in the UAE with a capacity in
excess of 50,000tons per year. Additionally, AJC’s state of the art precision engineering
workshops specialize in the manufacturing of high precision engineering components
and units.
As for trading, AJC trades in oils & lubricants, Kenworth trucks and spare parts, heavy
equipment & machinery spare parts, Asphalt & Bitumen, hydraulic equipment and spare
parts, foundation equipment and used construction equipment. AJC is the sole authorised
distributor for Kenworth trucks and spare parts, Shell oils and lubricants in the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi, Berco and Ital Tractor of Italy. Additionally, AJC owns one of the largest
bitumen storageterminal in the UAE, this terminal is located at the Mussafah waterfront.
On the real estate front, AJC owns and manages a number of important real estate
projects. The Group has a significant real estate portfolio in the form of land and buildings
throughout the UAE and the GCC.

Al Jaber Industries and Trading Division (AJI&T) is one of the pillars in Al Jaber Group.
It was initially established to support the Group’s construction companies, following the
diversification doctrine Al Jaber Group has adopted since its establishment in the early
1970s.
Al Jaber Industries and Trading Division grew with time in multi-directional aspects and
became a Group of factories, companies and plants on its own, serving not only Al
Jaber Group, but also a wide range of clients locally and globally.
Backed by a strong logistics division, Al Jaber Industries and Trading Division houses
more than 13 facilities specialized in the Industries and trading of aluminium, machinery,
steel, carpentry, glass, lighting, spare parts, bitumen, filters, etc.
Al Jaber Industries and Trading Division contributes substantially to the overall revenues
of Al Jaber Group, and hires thousands of professional and highly trained staff who
utilize the latest technologies in a safe and professional environment.

Al Jaber Aluminium Composite Panels (AJECOBOND) was established in 2004 as a part of

Al Jaber Group of Companies. Our facilities are located in Mussafah Industrial Area of Abu
Dhabi covering an area of 40,500m2.

With our highly sophisticated automated machinery and testing facilities featuring state-of-the-
art technology coupled with our highly skilled workforce with a solid know-how has anchored
the brand name as a leading company across the globe.

Our manufacturing facilities comprises of two fully automated polyethylene compositing lines,
AJECOBOND is produced in a temperature controlled environment under strict quality control
procedures. Our highly qualified QA/QC engineers work closely with all departments to
ensure that our clients receive a high quality product with unmatched service.

Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology such as CNC machining & digital
scheming which caters for cutting, routing, grooving, punching, and cone bending. Whether
it is colour or shape, design or concept, AJECOBOND remains a pioneer in the construction
industry by providing modern solutions

Sandwich panels
• Extrusions - All aluminium extruded sections comply with ‑ASTM B-60611.T6
• Composition 
- 0.70mm. thick external skin (AA3105 H16) with back coat
colour RAL3001 and 0.50mm. thick internal (AA3105 H16)
with epoxy back coat colour RAL9002. With a polyurethane
foam panel core treated & blended using our automated working
tanks.
