Appearance: J�ger is almost nearly always clad in his J�ger-Pattern Battle Armor.
Take off the helmet and you see dark-grey hair turning lighter. Piercing blue eyes
and thick eyebrows give J�ger a very serious look. There seems to be an ever-
present 5 o'clock shadow. Despite his attitude towards war and battle in general,
you can see the stress on his face.

Take off his actual suit and you can see underneath the armor he is quite lithe and
lean looking. His muscles aren't abundantly clear, but you can see the pent-up
tenseness in him, almost as if he's constantly wound up. Straddling the right side
of his abdomen are three bullet shaped scars, and across his shoulder a jagged
shrapnel wound.

Armor: J�ger-Pattern Battle Armor, rated type IV protection. The helmet has CBRN
function with an in-built commlink. A tinted visor hides the face and is
surprisingly resilient. Several pouches means running dry in a firefight is a non-
issue. The camo pattern is standard NSM, Nacht-St�dtischen Muster, Night-Urban
pattern.

Personality: J�ger lives for the hunt, overcoming challenges. He is willing to take
on anyone at anytime. He prefers to go on the offensive and strike first from a
superior position. However, like any great hunter, J�ger knows how to be patient
and wait for his prey. His time in the military indoctrinated J�ger to be
completely loyal to his brothers in arms and to only focus on the mission. This
single mindedness often comes across as cold, and J�ger's personal relations have
suffered because of it. When it's time for business, it's all J�ger can focus on.
He doesn't intentionally try to drive people away, but he knows what one slip-up
can cost his squad.

History: Friedrich Bierlin was born in Munich, Germany 19 years before the Omnic
Crisis. His sister Erika was 2 years his junior, and with two working parents
Friedrich often had to take care of her. He grew up in a rather peaceful household
and was always taught the standard-fare of violence never solving answers. However,
as he grew older and continued to read and observe he learned that those statements
were false. Violence was indeed an answer, and sometimes the only one. It was with
that attitude that instead of finishing college he immediately enlisted into the
German Army. He displayed exceptional aptitude in problem solving and leadership
capabilities.

This opened a pathway to the newly formed 1st Sub-Orbital Storm Trooper division.
Each Storm Trooper was trained to act as an individual soldier, to be able to react
quickly and independently to overcome obstacles. Each Storm Trooper was trained in
demolitions, first-aid, and sabotage. This elite branch was responsible for acting
as a QRF, as well as a back-lines unit that could cut off supply chains and cause
general havoc. Friedrich took part in several major battles in the European
theatre. The 1st SOST were the first on the ground after the crusaders fell at
Eichenwalde, and were essential to the ensuing attack and subsequent defense.

They were additionally deployed behind Omnic lines during the Munich Siege where
they were used in a sabotage fashion, destroying bridges and roads to slow the
Omnic advance. Despite the high accolades and kill count, the 1st SOST also had a
high casualty rate. The nature of the unit meant backup was usually a fair distance
away, and despite many victories, there were many losses. Friedrich was fighting in
France when a nearby explosion lifted him up and knocked him unconscious. His
first memory after was a brief look at an operating table, then being wheeled into
a room full of cryo tubes. J�ger woke up from cryostasis with the Omnic crisis over
and a Blackwatch agent standing over him. After being told of what happened, J�ger
was convinced that Blackwatch was fighting the good fight, and the fight wasn't
over yet.

His distinct military background and combat ability makes him an invaluable member
of Blackwatch.

Fighting Style: Offense

Weapon of Choice: StGSD-66 Assault Rifle. The Sturmgewher Schalld�mpfer 66 is a


suppressed rifle known for it's accuracy and lethality in the hands of a trained
marksman. It fires in a 3-round burst configuration with a cyclic rate of 750 rpm.
Sustained fire can get rather inaccurate as the barrel heats up, and a inherent
delay between bursts means technical RPM is closer to 600.

Health: 225

Basic Attack Damage: Each individual bullet does 25 health. A full burst hitting
their target should be 75 damage.

Special Skills:

Like the Night (Passive): J�ger's stealth training and suppressed weapon gives him
a unique advantage on the battlefield. Unlike other hero weaponry, J�ger's gun does
not fire tracer rounds, masking his position. In addition, his noise when moving is
at a minimum. Keeping eye's on J�ger is a requirement.

Impact Smoke: J�ger keeps on his person several smoke grenades which detonate on
impact, creating a thick dark-grey smoke which dissipates after 10 seconds. He can
quickly drop it at his feet or toss it at a max distance of 10 metres. This smoke
grenade can be used defensively to mask movement or offensively to block line of
sight (outlines are not shown through the smoke) or confuse the enemy.

Assassinate: J�ger keeps a personalized mono-blade tucked in a chest sheath. This


deadly sharp blade can be used at CQC as a last resort measure or as a highly
effective method of dispatching enemies. The knife deals 150 damage on a normal
hit, and a backstab is a critical. However, this is a very high risk way of
garnering kills, as the cooldown is punishing (18 seconds) and it's severely
limited in range.

Adrenaline Shot: In a pinch, J�ger can use a disposable adrenaline syringe to


slightly buff himself. Immediately, J�ger gains 50 health and gains a 30% increase
in running and reloading speed. This effect lasts for 12 seconds and is an
extremely versatile tool. He can use it to escape, chase down a wounded enemy, or
sustain his health in enemy territory.

Ultimate skill:

Lone Wolf: The rush of the hunt consumes J�ger, and for 16 seconds he becomes a
highly lethal combatant. For every enemy within 25 metres, J�ger gets a 10% boost
to attack damage, 5% boost to movement and reload speed, and -3 seconds cooldown on
his Assassinate skill. In addition, he gets a flat +75 health.
