MOTION FOR EARLY RESOLUTION WITH MOTION TO DISMISS

Comes now, the respondent, by and through the undersigned counsel most respectfully submits this
motion for early resolution with manifestation, and avers that:
1.) Respondent is filing for his RETIREMENT and is now in the process of completing the
requirements and clearance thereof.
2.) Respondent has already filed his position paper twice for the above-entitled case.
3.) The complainant has NEVER filed his position paper, therefore his allegations in his complaint are
unsubstantiated, immaterial, and impertinent.
4.) The undersigned begs the indulgence of this Honorable Office for early resolution of the above-
entitled cases so that respondent can already retire, as it is very clear that the cases filed by the
complainant are motivated with pure harassment and malice.

Wherefore, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed that the above entitled cases be
resolved immediately and dismissed.
Other relief just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
