Purpose of Visit : Hospitality of Chinese Deligates

Reports : The Chinese deligates from SPIC YUANDA about 10 people, have came from
China. I had taken all responsibilities (as instructed by my reporting manager,directors,
UNI7 ) regarding their hospitality, meetinngs,customer visit, fooding , pick up, drop up,
quality time spending etc for conducting & coordinating JV and other necessary technical
meeting.

2) Date of Expenditure : 13th November, 2017

Visit : Hotel AURIS, Mallick Bazar to meet SPICY official for Hospitality

Purpose of Visit : Attended Pre bid meeting at WBPDCL along with SPICY via office.

Purpose of Visit : Going to WBPDCL for submission DD and discussion along with
SPICY officer.

Reports: Visit to WBPDCL along with SPICY official for submission of DD and formal
discussion with their officers regarding ESP KTPS project

Purpose of Visit : Going to WBPDCL via office
