Research Methodology is the systematic ,theoretical analysis of the methods applied to field of
the study
3.0 Introduction
SOS Hospital is in the center of Huriwa District in North east Mogadishu, Somalia. Being one of
the latest emerged districts, Huriwa has borders with Daynile (North West), Yaaqshiid (West),
Shibis (South West), and Finaly with Kaaran (South). The district is divided into three wards
Gantaallaha, Alcadaala, and Waxar Cade. According to UNDP Huriwaa District is estimated
123,170 people.
The design of the study was cross sectional. This means that the sample size was taken
from the target population and the information was obtained at the same time on a
particular point in time.
The target population of this study will be the health care providers Sos Hospital Mogadishu-
Somalia.
Our target population is 50 persons of the health care providers in SOS hospital.

3.4Research Instruments
We use Questionnaire as a data collection method, and further processing in statistics software
packages like SPSS.
3.6 Validity of Instruments
Test validity refers to the degree to which the test actually measures what it claims to measure.
Test validity is also the extent to which inferences, conclusions, and decisions made on the basis
of test scores are appropriate and meaningful.
Test reliablility refers to the degree to which a test is consistent and stable in measuring what it is
intended to measure. Most simply put, a test is reliable if it is consistent within itself and across
time.
The study will use descriptive research design and it intends to interview the SOS Hospital
through the pregnant woman. Quantative data will be analyzed using content analysis while
quantitative data will be analyzed using SPSS to draw inferences into descriptive statistics
(frequencies, mean and standard deviation) and then present
Ethical approval was obtained from the SOS Hospital Research EthicsCommittee
(UNZABREC). There was no interference to the participants’ general standard.management of
