CARACTERÍSTICAS
Con este router / repetidor podrás hacer que la señal Wi-Fi tenga un alcance excepcional y,
al mismo tiempo, obtener 2 bandas de transmisón para que elijas la que más se adecue al
equipo que quieras conectar y disfrutes de una experiencia de conexión sin interferencias.
- Banda de 2,4 GHz: Recomendada para dispositivos como smartphones, tablets o laptops.
- Banda de 5,8 GHz:Ideal par sistemas como consolas de videojuegos, smartTV o home
theater.
Gracias a sus 4 antenas integradas, tiene la capacidad para trabajar simultáneamente en las
dos frecuencias, sin que disminuya la tasa de trnsfererencia ni el ancho de banda. También,
incluye puertos que permiten conectarse de forma alámbrica y un botoón para activar la
función WPS, en caso de ser necesario.
Para la función punto de acceso, cumple con los protocolos estándar de autentificación y
seguridad; además puede usarse para compartir una conexión de internet e interconectarse
con dispositivos de menor velocidad o estándar anterióres.

 CONEXIÓN DE HARDWARE
1. Conecte el puerto WAN del ruteador al puerto LAN del módem usando un
cable Ethernet.

2. Conecte la computadora a cualquier puerto LAN del ruteador.

3. Inserte el adaptador de corriente al ruteador y a un tomacorriente. Encienda

el ruteador.

4. Apague el módem por al menos 15 segundos y vuelva a encenderlo.

CONFIGURACIÓN RÁPIDA
1. Configure la dirección IP de la red como “Automática” siguiendo la secuencia
de imágenes que se muestra a continuación:

2. Abra su navegador y escriba la dirección “192.168.1.1” para entrar a la
configuración.

3. En la parte superior, seleccione el tipo de conexión a Internet (DHCP, Static o

PPPoE). Si necesita ayuda, póngase en contacto con su proveedor de servicio.

4. En la parte inferior puede asignar un nombre (SSID) y contraseña (Password)

para las redes de 2,4 y 5,8 GHz. Los nombres predeterminados son: steren_2_4G
y steren_5G, la contraseña por defecto es: password.

 5. Si necesita entrar a la configuración avanzada, presione el botón “Advanced”.

Para regresar a la configuración de inicio, con el ruteador encendido,

mantenga presionado el botón “Default” de la parte posterior por 10
segundos y después suéltelo. El ruteador se reiniciará con los ajustes de
fábrica.

Esta póliza garantiza el producto por el término de un año en todas sus partes y mano de obra, contra
cualquier defecto de fabricación y funcionamiento, a partir de la fecha de entrega.

CONDICIONES
1.- Para hacer efectiva la garantía, presente esta póliza y el producto, en donde fue adquirido o en
Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
2.- Electrónica Steren S.A de C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin
ningún cargo al consumidor. Los gastos de transportación serán cubiertos por el proveedor.
3.- El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días, contados a partir de la recepción del
producto en cualquiera de los sitios donde pueda hacerse efectiva la garantía.
4.- El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer válida esta
garantía es en cualquiera de las direcciones mencionadas posteriormente.

ESTA PÓLIZA NO SE HARÁ EFECTIVA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:

1.- Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2.- Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3.- Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personal no autorizado por Electrónica Steren S.A.
de C.V.
El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa comercial donde adquirió
el producto. Si la presente garantía se extraviara, el consumidor puede recurrir a su proveedor para que le
expida otra póliza, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

HIGHLIGHTS
With this router / repeater you can extend the Wi-Fi signal and, at the same time, get
two transmission bands to choose the best for your devices and enjoy connections with
no interferences.
2.4 GHz band: recommended for smartphones, tablets and laptops
5.8 GHz band: perfect to videogame consoles, Smart TV and home theater
Due to the 4 antennas, this router has capacity to work in two frequencies, simultaneously
with the same bandwidth and data transfer rate. Also, it includes ports to connect your
devices using a cable and a WPS button, in case you need it.
For AP function, It has authentication and security standard protocols; besides you can
use it to share an internet connection or connect devices with less speed or older
standards.

 CONNECTING HARDWARE
1. Connect the WAN port on the router to the LAN port of the modem using an
Ethernet cable.

2. Connect the computer to any LAN port on the router.

3. Insert the power adapter to the router and an electrical outlet. Turn on the
router.

4. Turn off the modem for at least 15 seconds and then turn it on again.

1. Configure the IP address of the network as “Automatic”, follow the next image

2. Open your browser and enter the address “192.168.1.1” to enter the
configuration.

3. At the top, select the type of connection to the Internet (DHCP, Static, or
PPPoE). If you need assistance, please contact your service provider.

4. At the bottom you can assign a name (SSID) and password for 2.4 and 5.8
GHz networks. The default names are: steren_2_4G and steren_5G, the default
password is: password.

 5. If you need to go to advanced settings, press the “Advanced” button.

To return to the factory configuration, with the router on, press and
hold the “Default” button on the back for 10 seconds, then release it. The
router will reboot with the default settings.

WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship
and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.

CONDITIONS

1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice, product box or
package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was
