MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

Accused, xxxxx, assisted by the xxxx, through the undersigned
counsel, only for purposes of this Motion, and unto this Honorable Court,
respectfully states, that:

1.) Both Accused posted bail for their provisional liberty in the
captioned case in the amount of Four Thousand Pesos (P4,000.00) each;

2.) Accused xxxxx is a simple fish vendor. His income is barely

enough to sustain their daily expenses and basic needs;

3.) Due to their financial constraints and for humanitarian reasons,

both Accused respectfully seeks the indulgence of the Honorable Court for the
reduction of fifty percent (50%) of the posted bail, or the amount of Two
Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00) each;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, Accused respectfully pray that the posted bail be

reduced to fifty percent (50%), or the Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00) each
