ADDENDUM
TERMS AND CONDITION

M2M PACKAGES FOR M2M CONNECTED SERVICES (MCS)
GENERAL
 This Addendum shall be read together with the terms and conditions of Celcom First Voice, Celcom First Data and Celcom First Solutions.
 Celcom reserves the right to change, amend and alter any part of this Addendum/Plan without prior notice to the Customer and the
Customer hereby agrees to be bound by such changes, amendments and alterations.
 In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Addendum/Plan and the terms and conditions of Celcom First Voice,
Celcom First and/or Celcom First Solutions, the provisions of this Addendum and/or Plan shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
TARIFF AND RATES

 Customer who subscribes to any one of the packages under this Plan shall be subject to the tariff and rates in Table 1 below:

1. The Package Value shall be prorated and shall be reflected in the customer’s 1st month’s bill if the Customer registers less than a full month billing cycle.
2. In the event the Customer changes the billing cycle date, one backdated PV and one advance PV will be charged in the next month bill.
3. In the event of early termination, before the billing cycle date, the PV will be refunded based on pro-rated value. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an early
termination fee of RM50.00 in lieu of penalty shall be imposed.
4. Any additional usage will be charged according to Celcom’s prevalent M2M data rate.
5. Celcom’s prevailing IDD/Roaming rates are applicable for international data roaming and IDD.
6. The prices display do not included 6% GST, call charges, itemized billing or additional VAS subscribed by the customers. 6% GST will be charged in bill.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The minimum subscription period for this every package under this Plan is six (6) months from the date of activation of the service. Celcom shall impose an
early termination fee of RM50.00/SIM in lieu of penalty in the event on an early termination within the Contract Period.
