 Routinely inspected all safety features and closely monitored operating policies of the
equipment.

 Oversaw, trained, and worked alongside over 30 employees creating a healthy and
productive working environment.
 I encouraged teamwork and productivity of employees in the landscaping, sprinkler
installation, and planting of over 850 trees.
