2. User Module
The User can login in his account by providing a valid login name and password.
A message will be displayed if the login parameters entered by the user are
incorrect

The user need to provide his correct email address and a mail is sent regarding
his password.
The user needs to provide his details on the form that appears. The Incorrect
Registration will display a message on the top of the form regarding the field left.

The user can send feedbacks about the products to the Admin from a form
available on this page.
This page will display A brief introduction about the company and its workings.
This page will display the postal address for the Corporate office of __________.
And email id of the contact person.

The Promotions are displayed which are present in the system.
Only registered users can access this page. The details of the user will be
displayed. The User can update his detail.
The postal address details will be displayed in this page. The User can edit his
address details.
The list of all the orders that are under the users account is displayed. The user
can view the all orders, last 5 orders or last one year orders.
This page will display the Details of the loyalty points in tabular format.

-The user will be able to change password for his account.
3. Admin Module
The Admin can Login by providing correct login id and password.
A list of the details of the administrator present in the system will be displayed in
tabular format
A new admin account can be created in the system.
The password can be changed for that Admin account.
Admin will have Vendor Approval/Disapproval authority.
Email Notification to Super Admin of any Order will be sent.
The Admin can set Alerts that are sent to the users on different events
Admin can see each vendor sales statement and Billing Statement
Admin can see each vendor’s Order Status
Admin can see each vendor’s Shipment Status
Admin can add, delete, and edit any content, data, etc available in the application.
Admin can add, remove, limit, restrict or permit Sub-Admin user and Sub-Admin-
rights.
Can add, remove, restrict or permit any user or user-rights.
This Back End Panel would also show details of all the data available in the
application.
Can see the details entered by all wholesaler.
Can see details entered by visitors in the email subscription
Can see “Notify Me” entered by the Visitor and can send message or revert mail
when the product is available.
Can see details entered by users in the contact-forms and take necessary
actions.
The Admin can view the List of all the orders in tabular format on the basis of
different criteria (All orders, pending orders, today's order, week's order etc.). The
Admin can also search for a orders between particular time period, Invoice
number or by customer name. The Admin can view a single order detail or Edit a
particular order.
5. Currency Panel
The Admin can select the currency for different countries
6. User Panel
A List of all the registered users is displayed.The admin can delete or edit any
user details. The Admin can select the registered users and then send emails and
attachments to them
The Admin can select and send emails and attachments to all the registered
customers in the system.
7. Vendor Log In
After registration and Super Admin approval, vendor can log into his panel.
In their panel they can manage their Account like uploading Logo, edit Profile,
change Password
Vendor can also can create sub users and assign permissions
Can upload product once at a time or bulk
Each vendor can add their own shipping methods & carriers
Product Shipment will be done from individual Vendors
Vendors can determine Shipping Cost.
Vendor will have the ability to Add, Delete, edit Products.
Vendors can also Disable or Enable Products to create Demand of any Product
Email Notifications of Order to Vendors and the Owner of the Portal
Vendor can determine Discount and can create their Discount Coupon
The Vendor can create new categories in the system
The Vendor can add products under different categories
The Vendor can set the rate of INR and USD. Also the last save rates will be
displayed for USD and GBP. Also the latest rates as per the surveys will be displayed
in this section.
8. Mails/Correspondence Panel
The Admin can Edit / delete the all users details which are displayed in tabular
format. The Admin can also send users emails and attachments
The Admin can View /Edit and Delete the Promotions codes in the system.
The admin can add details of the promotional codes in the system.
The Admin can View/Add/Edit Delete the Promo Gifts under the different
promotions in terms of percentage and discounts the system
A pop up screen will open. The admin can provide and save the details of the
New gifts
The Admin can view the list of all the customer who request for the catalogue.
If Customer is asking for Invoice , then he Will Get invoice with blank price , at
the same time, Export Sales Person Will Get this Information through mail or SMS ,
Make Quotation , Take Approval and Send mail to Those Customers.
Tracking on Website for Goods like Status of Containers, Delivery of Container
etc.
Franchise Feature in portal: Where we would like to check time in and out for a
franchise , Check Attendance.
