2. User Module
 The User can login in his account by providing a valid login name and password.
 A message will be displayed if the login parameters entered by the user are
incorrect

 The user need to provide his correct email address and a mail is sent regarding
his password.

available on this page.
 This page will display A brief introduction about the company and its workings.

 Only registered users can access this page. The details of the user will be
displayed. The User can update his detail.
 The postal address details will be displayed in this page. The User can edit his
address details.
 The list of all the orders that are under the users account is displayed. The user
can view the all orders, last 5 orders or last one year orders.
 This page will display the Details of the loyalty points in tabular format.

 A list of all the products user is interested in purchase is displayed in a tabular


format.
 All the products that are in Shopping bag will be displayed along with the shipping
address for that user.
 A list of all the products along with the tax and charges will be displayed along
with the user address.
 This page will display the billing address for the customer. The customer can
change the billing address and submit the order.
 A list of the products under a chosen category is displayed.
 A particular product is displayed. The user can add that product in shopping bag
or email to a friend
 User can select Size, Color
 The user can send the link or post the details of the social networking sites like
Facebook, Twitter etc. for a particular product by filling the details in the form
appeared.

3. Admin Module
 The Admin can Login by providing correct login id and password.
 A list of the details of the administrator present in the system will be displayed in
tabular format
 A new admin account can be created in the system.
 The password can be changed for that Admin account.
 Admin will have Vendor Approval/Disapproval authority.
 Email Notification to Super Admin of any Order will be sent.
 The Admin can set Alerts that are sent to the users on different events
 Admin can see each vendor sales statement and Billing Statement
 Admin can see each vendor’s Order Status
 Admin can see each vendor’s Shipment Status
 Admin can add, delete, and edit any content, data, etc available in the application.
 Admin can add, remove, limit, restrict or permit Sub-Admin user and Sub-Admin-
rights.
 Can add, remove, restrict or permit any user or user-rights.
 This Back End Panel would also show details of all the data available in the
application.
 Can see the details entered by all wholesaler.
 Can see details entered by visitors in the email subscription
 Can see “Notify Me” entered by the Visitor and can send message or revert mail
when the product is available.
 Can see details entered by users in the contact-forms and take necessary
actions.
 The Admin can view the List of all the orders in tabular format on the basis of
different criteria (All orders, pending orders, today's order, week's order etc.). The

number or by customer name. The Admin can view a single order detail or Edit a
particular order.

4. Product Selection Panel


 The Admin can create new categories in the system
 The Admin can add products under different categories
 The various products that are displayed in a tabular format. The Admin can edit or
delete the Products from the system.
 This will display the details saved for a product in a system. Admin can change
the details and update the settings.
 The Admin can set the rate of INR and USD. Also the last save rates will be
displayed for USD and GBP. Also the latest rates as per the surveys will be displayed
in this section.

5. Currency Panel
 The Admin can select the currency for different countries

6. User Panel
 A List of all the registered users is displayed.The admin can delete or edit any
user details. The Admin can select the registered users and then send emails and
attachments to them
 The Admin can select and send emails and attachments to all the registered
customers in the system.

7. Vendor Log In
 After registration and Super Admin approval, vendor can log into his panel.
 In their panel they can manage their Account like uploading Logo, edit Profile,
change Password
 Vendor can also can create sub users and assign permissions
 Can upload product once at a time or bulk
 Each vendor can add their own shipping methods & carriers
 Product Shipment will be done from individual Vendors
 Vendors can determine Shipping Cost.
 Vendor will have the ability to Add, Delete, edit Products.
 Vendors can also Disable or Enable Products to create Demand of any Product
 Email Notifications of Order to Vendors and the Owner of the Portal
 Vendor can determine Discount and can create their Discount Coupon
 The Vendor can create new categories in the system
 The Vendor can add products under different categories

8. Mails/Correspondence Panel
 The Admin can Edit / delete the all users details which are displayed in tabular
format. The Admin can also send users emails and attachments
 The Admin can View /Edit and Delete the Promotions codes in the system.
 The admin can add details of the promotional codes in the system.
 The Admin can View/Add/Edit Delete the Promo Gifts under the different
promotions in terms of percentage and discounts the system
 A pop up screen will open. The admin can provide and save the details of the
New gifts
 The Admin can view the list of all the customer who request for the catalogue.

9. Order History Panel


 The Admin can view the List of all the orders in tabular format on the basis of
different criteria (All orders, pending orders, today's order, week's order etc.). The
Admin can also search for a orders between particular time period, Invoice number or
by customer name. The Admin can view a single order detail or Edit a particular order.
 All the details of a particular order will be displayed.

10. Website Functionality / Features


 Customer can Add the products in his wishlist which he is searching on website
from different - different categories and, Later on , he can see all his his choices
products and buy. When Customer is buying a product from Website and entering his
pin-code, then a pop – up should Open and ask? 1.Would you like to deliver product
at your Doorstep? 2. Would you like to go to our Franchise Store and Collect? 3 .
Inventory Block / unblock option should be There in Backend (either at franchise or
Depot) 4. option to inactivate features pin-code wise in backend we will promote Gift
Voucher on Website, which can be redeemed by the customer while buying product
from Franchise Store.
 If customer is clicking on Different - Different Links on websites, then through
Search Functionality, We can Easily Identified, Customers is searching which
Product, Category and promote those products on Site.
 We Can Track Geography of the Customer
(When Customer Comes to Our Website, so using his IP Address , System Can
Locate the City / State , Country and Flash a Pop – up where we Can Provide
Details as : your nearest Franchise store.
 3D View of products on Category (Banner of the Product - Demo) .
 Store and Route map through Google Map Integration where we can Guide our
customer through Direction Tab and he can also send SMS through SMS Tab. where
customer put his mobile number and send. After sending, he will receive Confirmation
code on his mobile like OTP (one time password of 6 Digit ) , then he will get SMS for
Franchise Store Address .

 If Customer is asking for Invoice , then he Will Get invoice with blank price , at
the same time, Export Sales Person Will Get this Information through mail or SMS ,
Make Quotation , Take Approval and Send mail to Those Customers.

Platform: We propose the software to be created on Framework.

Language: We propose to create this web solution in PHP language as PHP is secure, cost
effective to the client and is supported by the CMS platform.

(You would be requiring a Linux serve to host the PHP


application.)

SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL


A robust security and access control will be integrated with the system. The security levels
will use the application’s embedded security and access control features. In the first level, the
system authentication based access control will be implemented. In the second level, the
application itself will allow the system administrator to grant and revoke roles to
users/members and control access of the users/members.

POST UAT WARRANTY SUPPORT

DGL shall provide warranty support free of cost for a period of one month after a clear sign-
off on the project. The Warranty / Maintenance would only mean the correction of any errors
if occurred and would not include addition, deletion or editing of any feature or functionality.

INTERRUPTION OF WORK

Delay of work due to reasons extraneous to BRG Group(e.g., non-availability of the


designated personnel, resources, etc.) will automatically lead to proportionate extension of
the project duration.

FORCE MAJEURE

DGL will not be responsible for the delays due to acts of God, violence, strikes, civil
commotion, war, floods, earthquake & other natural calamities, etc., that have direct impact
on execution of the project.
