Abstract: -
As the todays scenario, business also is not just about following a process but doing it so
efficiently to reduce the cost significantly, so this paper talks about the information technology
use in the business process management system. It is basically help in understand what are the
different technologies such as ITIL libraries used in transforming a system into automated
system, so to increase the efficiency of the whole system and understand what are the main
reasons for its development. A qualitative research is being done and different researches
were analyzed and on the basis of them this paper is being formulated
Introduction: -
Business process management is a very important topic for senior management. This is the process on
which the whole production or service management. It can develop a company or can even devastate a
company in which the process flows. The business process secret lies in its ability to accept new process
and be dynamic to changes so that process can flow easily. It is a process of improvement of business
process.

It helps to create models for the companies to leverage business process management and key for
companies to a successful process. It can have many complexities so that to make process independent
yet interlinked. Companies today not just change the process they need to obliterate the process.

Companies are increasingly changing their process management to move on IT process management i.e.
they are using business process management reengineering process to not only take process on
technology basis but also remove the remaining cluttering process to make the process flow in a manner
that it can easily flow and require least human requirement. Human error is the main error that lead to
big blunders.

As increasing in mobile devices and the need of IT devices is increasing. Companies are increasing the
use of it technology for business process so that it can be used from anywhere. Business owners use to
have a few tools only for business process but now as the IT process are evolving but the process the
business owners have a lot no of tools for the same.

The IT processes are being managed by ITIL libraries so that the process can be managed and these are
the best IT practices in IT processes managed by companies. So these all are not just used by businesses
it is also being used by the government to implement the different strategies as the new government is
implementing GST and other projects as these all are made on IT business process management as GST
the consumers can directly fill the form and can pay their taxes and can also manage their account and
also manage how the different field are being properly filled or not, same in case of passport seva
kendra you don’t need to stand in line to submit the fees or get an appointment, it is just being done
online and all the process we can track

As we know that human is the biggest problem in the way of change, so IT business process mainly deal
in automation which will be needing the least human contact so that the process can go easily, as the
companies take new decision human is the reason who is at risk
But one of the thing to be considered before diving into the processing reengineering is the feasibility
study do you really need the full change or a small change can be done as the feasibility study says you
need to go for it

Some process are not ready for automation as it may actually increase the problem, as
implementing Automation in a bad process increases the fault in system

In this research, we have used secondary research, with the help of old completed researches.
There has been analysis on six research papers and from different company’s sites for the data.
There have been data taken from different books and blogs for other data
Conclusion
The conclusion to this project is that IT is the need of the todays world weather business or
personal. So, IT is need for the automation of different process i.e. BPMS networking. So,
automation helps in maintaining the process interlinked yet independent, so as to increase the
efficiency and it also maintains to obliterate the process which are not useful and increasing the
complexities without any reason and using new techniques by ITIL libraries which provide the
latest innovations and new technologies in IT. IT also need to check whether it is necessary to
implement the innovation or not.
