The Qualification of Damper before ILRT Testing in Operation

Details of Operation

Operation-I:

Removal of Spectacle Flange then Placing Dummy Flange and

condition testing.

Operation-II:

After The Testing Removal of Dummy Flange Then Replacing

of Spectacle Flange and normalizing the system.

Total Operation:

6 Line x 2 Operation=12 Operation.

For Line no Fb-004-Dia 1600-ai:

Dmp rb 80-014, dmp rb 80-015, Normalizing spool piece then

removal it for damper condition checking. After Checking the Condition replace
the spool piece.

Testing of line nos;

1. RCB recirculation supply & retun lines-04 nos

2. RCB fresh air supply & exhaust lines -02 nos
