What is the Scope of project work (development, QA / Testing, Support etc) to be done from Offshore?
What is the duration of the project?

Is 24/7 HCLT IT support needed? [HCLT provides standard business day support(9am- 7pm) and provides
emergency support(24x7) for mission critical services. For certain sites based on the business requirements this
can be extended subject to funding]

is Customer looking for setting up a dedicated ODC infrastructure or integrated ODC infrastructure? Please
comment on Physical and Logical isolation required in this engagement.

What are your Project's Connectivity Requirements - VPN or Dedicated Connectivity or both?[We suggest to go in
with multiple modes of connectivity to provide enough redundancy]

Do you require dedicated connectivity (IPLC or Internet Link- shared / premium) in this project?
If IPLC then termination address at Customer end is required?
If IPLC, who will place the order for the link? Will we be using our own IP address or are we using customer's IP
addresses?
If dedicated connectivity is needed, provide complete Data Center (minimum two DC's) address of customer

What is the VPN Infrastructure available at Customer End? ( Pl. mention Make and version)

Can HCLT use their vpn infrastructure to establish site to site vpn with Customer end VPN infrastructure?
If answer to previous question is no then will customer ship their vpn device to HCLT to host it in their network? Pls
mention vpn make, model etc and will it be pre-configured?
What are the possible applications to be used / accessed across the link? Will the applications work on links with
latency of 300 to 400 ms?
Where all these customer applications is hosted?
Is all applications hosted in one region or is it spread across multiple regions?
Number of users who require access to this application across the link?
Is offshore replicated environment is also a requirement in this project?
Do you foresee any requirement for doing data replication across the link?
For proprietary applications, more details on the application is needed?
Is there requirement for doing large file transfers using the link in your project?

Name the type of application access provided to the Offshore team - Citrix based / Terminal based / Client-server
based application access? [We recommend citrix mode of access when the applications used over the link are

Does the project require redundany in hardware.(eg:Server redundancy,Network equipment redundancy)

Is there any specific customer security requirement to be adhered?
