Artifact #7 (Community service)

In our zero period we did multiple community service with the freshmen at Carson senior

high. We tutor them with math, every kid that we had had at lead a D or am F in their previous

math class. It was so great trying to help them with Their math. Watching my tutee grow and

slowly learn more and more about math was so much fun. And plus me and my tutee got along

so well. We had similar learning habit which just made it easier to show him how to do certain

things. I knew when he reached a tough point. My tutee has improvised on lots of things. Also

we did a couple of mentoring with some sophomores. And getting to know more about the girls I

mentored was so fun seeing different perspective from there amazing girls. An experience I'll

never forget
