Description of the work required: In order to Supply & Installation of GOD &
Dismantling & Shifting Transformer, HT Breaker, CT / PT, LT Breaker, LT Panel, APFC
Panel from Nerul to Andheri, Seepz following work need to be carried out thru vendors :-
1. Installation & Commissioning of Entire G.O.D Structure (22 KV Line). Complete
Installation ,Testing & Commissioning of entire GOD.(maintenance of existing
GOD ).
2. Decommissioning & Shifting of below mentioned Equipment's from TCS Nerul to
TCS Seepz (Andheri).
a) CT - PT Unit
b) HT Breaker (SF6) 22 KV. ABB make
c) Transformer With OLTC (Universal Make) KVA Rating - 1500
d) LT Panel ACB 2500 A
e) Main LT Panel (Basement Electric Room)
f) APFC Panel.

Since Nerul site is to be handed over to
land lord before 14 Nov 2013, few balance
selected TCS owned assets (as per details
provided on 31 Oct 2013 by Oriston Vaz –
Nerul Admin Location Incharge) like
Transformer, CT/PT, HT Panel, LT Breaker
Panel, LT Panel need to be shifted
immediately from Nerul to Seepz,
Therefore based on urgent requirement, we
have to carry out the above mentioned
work through a single approved vendor like
M/s Sterling & Wilson with proper PNC.
The major issue is taking approval from
MSEB and Electrical Inspector Department
for discontinuation of power supply and
without approval we cannot dismantle the
equipment like CT/PT, HT Panel, and
Transformer. For taking the approval from
the electrical department at the earliest we
need to take help from Electrical consultant
like M/s Deepak Electricals.
Due to Diwali vacation the vendors had not
visited the site for inspection and therefore
delayed the submission of quote to us. On
11 Nov 2013 we received the quote from
vendors for the work mentioned in subject.
