Dear Friends in Christ, Should you want to write to Katlinn and
I am sharing the following update from Keegan with a note or card, their address near
Katlinn Sullivan on Keegan that was written on Houston, TX is:
1-30-2018: 3219 Burke Road Suite B-1
Today, Keagan was officially listed on the Pasadena, Texas 77504
waiting list for a double lung transplant! He was
listed as a Priority 1 due to him being on the We are coordinating a schedule of meals to
ventilator. They list kids under the age of 12 as be delivered to Bob and McKenna. Should you
either a Priority 1 or Priority 3. Kids 12 and over want to help and share a meal with them,
are listed with a Lung Allocation core (LAS). It is please contact me at bbondeo@ptcnet.net or
exciting news for our family, but also emotional by cell, 402-841-6289.
knowing that someone will have to say goodbye
to their child in order for Keagan to receive new
lungs. Please pray for Keagan and our family as
we wait for lungs, but also pray for the donor’s
family as they will have to make the hardest
decision of their life. I hope tht someday they
know they have given Keagan the ultimate gift
of life with their unselfish decision and that we
will not ever take these lungs for granted!
Keagan has had to repeat some testing and
blood work the past couple of weeks since he
hasn’t been here since June. He had an EKG,
Sedated Echocardiogram, CT scan, abdominal
ultrasound and Doppler to check vessels, chest
X-ray, and labs. Dr. Mallory the transplant
director said that his CT scan actually looks a
little worse than June’s did because there is a
little bit more of his lungs not getting the
oxygenation they need. His Echocardiogram still
showed very mild pulmonary
hypertension. Today we met with Dr. Bedwell
who will be Keagan’s ENT while we are here and
he would like to do a Bronchoscopy in the OR to
check his trachea. He is also checking to see if
the Transplant Surgeon Dr. Heinle and Director
Dr. Mallory would like to also be involved with
the bronch so they can see his trachea before
going into transplant. So we just have that to do
now while we wait as they have to coordinate
schedules.

Please lift Keagan and his family up in

prayer.
