TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


(1) The SSS Employer Contribution amounts indicated therein correspond only to salaries and wages for an 8-hour workday and therefore does not include additional compensation due to:
-       Overtime Pay
-       Day Off On Duty / Working Day Off
-       Night Differential Pay
-       Legal Holiday Pay / Special Holiday Pay
-       Taxable Allowances (Those that are fixed and not subject to reimbursement)
(2) The Total Daily Billing Rate is based on an 8-hour work schedule. It does not include overtime work, work performed during Legal and Special Holidays, and Night Shift Differential where the above corresponding computations will apply.
(3) The Transportation Expenses of roving Merchandisers, which will be supported with travel receipts and tickets, will be billed based on actual cost incurred and exclusive of ASF.
(4) Other miscellaneous expenses pre-approved by authorized RBC representatives will be charged to client based on actual cost incurred and exclusive of ASF and VAT.
(5) ASF rate is 15%. This is applicable to the Basic Salary and all statutory requirements.
(6) Payment term is sixty (60) days after receipt of billings.
(7) The above rates are subject to change so as to comply with any government mandated increase in wages and / or benefits.
