Chief Clinical Officer- El Dorado, AR

South Arkansas Regional Health Center is seeking qualified applicants to fill the full-time position of Chief
Clinical Officer. The successful candidate serves as a member of the Key Management Committee and
reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He/She will be responsible for planning, developing and
coordinating the implementation of all programs and mental health delivery systems. He/She is responsible
for the quality of services delivered and the adequacy of documentation.

He/She works with the Chief Executive Officer to assure administrative, medical and clinical input are
included in the planning and decision making processes.

He/She will work with the Chief Medical Officer to assure all services are provided within guidelines of
medical standard and with the Chief Compliance Officer on overall compliance, grievance resolution, and
regulatory and standards requiring practice modifications.

Duties include, but are not limited to, informing the Board of Directors and community about Center
programs, recruiting staff, developing staff training programs and providing leadership and supervision to
all psychiatric clinical staff.

Education/Licensure Requirements
Advanced graduate degree in one of the clinical disciplines ordinarily associated with delivery of mental
health services. Must have terminal licensure in the state of Arkansas. (LCSW, LPEI, LPC, PhD). Three
years of experience in clinical management programming and administration since receipt of graduate
training required.
