PERFORMANCE REPORTING
It is the Company’s policy to carry out regular performance appraisals of our seafaring employees.
The purpose of this report is to enable the Company to assess the standard quality of our crew, to
establish promotability and to analyze areas where additional training is required.
A report should be completed after the first month of service of each seafarer and every
June & December thereafter and when they sign off.
All completed reports should be mailed to the Company for the attention of Human Resources
Director.
