1. Load radio site database that is prepared by RadioEngineer to launch new

radio site on air.

2. Coordinate with roll out & maintenance servicecontractor and Transport

Operation-Core Engineer in launching new radiosite on air.

3. Configure new radio hardware based on modification request received from Radio
Engineer.

4. Configure external alarms of power solutions andcritical facilities supporting

systems on Network Management System.

5. Perform software loading, parameters settings,radiodatabase modification of

relevant radio sites elements for optimization purpose based on a request from
Radio Engineer.

6. Participate in projects and critical changes on BSS (Base Station Subsystem)

part such as radio sites re-homing onBSC-RNC(Base Station Controller-Radio Network
Controller),new frequency plans and parameters enhancement.

7. Participate in the trouble shooting of radio problems on cell level by

checking hardware and software configurationand radio sites parameters.

8. Upgrade software version on cell level based on supplier�s recommendations

approved by Technical Management.

9. Implement license expansion and request from supplier license renewal when
license validity expires.

10. Recommend radio research to RAN OperationSubsystem HOS.

11. Proceed with the approved research studies and prepare detailed
documentation.

12. Evaluate and test new specialized radio too ls and provide the relevant
support tasks to radio team.

13. Prepare reports about radio equipment and equipment�s configuration upon
request.

14. Prepare�daily task�report about performed activities to facilitate retrieving

the needed sites data when required.

15. Check Section & Individual objectives onregular basis and effectively
participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals
and corporate objectives.

16. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture
of knowledge transfer,cooperation and team work.

17. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management

System.

1. Collect Core Network data from various interfaces, build and analyze core
network statistics on a regular basis.

2. Perform Core Network Performance Measurements and troubleshooting.

3. Provide regular network status report or as required.

4. Prepare core network planning (dimensioning, signaling, connectivity,

routing�).

5. Maintain an up to date Core Network Layout Diagram.

6. Suggest potential technical solutions and improvement to Core Network.

7. Prepare work orders.

8. Prepare & analyze Syriatel numbering plan usage.

9. Participate in Services Road Map feasibility studies.

Radio
1. Prepare newradiositenominalplanbyusingplanningtool, conduct
sitesurveyandmicrowavesurvey,andproduceradiosite�s design document.
2. StudythefeedbackreceivedfromSitesAcquisitionandtechnical
sitescontractoraboutunderconstructionnewradio sitestocheck and
applytherequiredmodificationonradiosite�sdesigndocument.
3. Produce newradiositedatabaserelevanttorolloutweeklyplan and projects,
hardwareandsoftware configurations.
4. Analyze theresultsofdrivetestsappliedbyRadioTechnician to verify
radiositeobjectivesandRadioNetwork Performance.
5. VerifywithMR-Research&GeoMarketingandCS-Customer
Retentionnewradiositeobjectiveandproceedwithoptimization if required.
6. Updateradiositesinformationdatabaseoncelllevelafter hardware modification.
7. Monitor andanalyzeonadailybasisradiocountersresults, compare
themtoradioKPIs,requestactionsforoptimizationand improvement.
8. Reviewradiocellparameterstosolveradioperformanceissues or
enhanceradionetworkperformanceandpreparetherelated change request.
9. RequestdrivetestfromRadioTechniciantoverifycustomer complaint
orcheckradiocellperformance.

Prepareworkorderforsoftwarechange,hardwaremodification,frequencytuning,parameterenh
ancement,etctoenhancecoverage and capacity.
11. Participate inprojectsandcriticalchangesonBSSpartsuch as radio sitesre-

12. Recommendadding/canceling/modifyingnewradiositethat is still
underconstructionbasedonnetworkoptimization requirements.
13. Reviewrenewableenergysolution�sdesignandco-
locationrequestsreceivedfromRolloutCoordination Sectiontoensurespace clearancefor
radiosite antennas.
14. Prepare monthly report about performed activities.
15. RecommendradioresearchtoRadioHeadofSection,proceed with the
researchstudiesandpreparedetailed documentation.
16. Evaluate andtestnewspecializedradiotoolsandprovidethe relevant support tasks
toradio team.
17. Provide coverage map to concerned departments upon request.
18. Solvecustomers'complaintsreceivedbyCustomerServiceeffectively andon time
asperrelatedpoliciesandprocedures.
19. ProvideCustomerServicewithcompleteandaccuratefeedback about theactions
appliedtosolve the complaints.
20. Keeprecordsaboutthecorrectiveandpreventiveactionsapplied to solvecustomers�
complaints.
