Supply and installation / fixing complete Metal works as
specified, shown on the drawings including but not limited
to following:-

A Steel Structure
1 Design, supply, install and handing over complete Steel
Structure works for the facility complete as shown on the
drawings, including columns, all structural steel members
and elements as per approved design and roof system
complete with all steel elements that required to complete
the construction of the facility, including all connections,
plates, ancour bolts, accessories and as per CMW
approval, etc.., complete and including fire proofing type Item
(4) as specified on miscellaneous notes, drg no. GN-A-
0001 (note-1&2) and drg no. 01-A-3001 (note-5), etc...
complete, all as shown on the drawings. Contractor to
submit full detailed design, calculation and drawings for
CMW approval.

B Roof and Wall Side Cladding

Supply, install, complete Roof & Side Cladding Works for
the facility complete as shown on the drawings. The
clading is comprising of Aluminum sandwich panels as per
GN-A-0002 drawing, comprising of 0.7mm thick Aluminum
profile outer skin finished with approved pre-factory paint,
50mm thick injected polyurethane foam insulation, 0.7mm
thick Aluminum sheet inner skin pre factory painted ,
including all fixing requirements and accessories and with
aluminum sheet gutter and rain water pipes, etc... as
specified and as follows (Contractor to submit full details to
CMW for approval) :-

1 For Roof Cladding Works for the facility complete (Area to

be measured on horizontal plan). M2

2 For Wall / Side cladding Works for the facility complete as

per elevations M2

C Aircraft Tie Down Points

1 Stainless steel bent up Aircraft tie down points of diameter
16mm, complete as per drg. no. 01-A-2001. Contractor to
submit full details for CMW & End User approvals, refer to No.
note no. 5 on drawing no. 01-A-2001.

D Additional/Missing items
The contractor is to insert here with this bill of quantities
any additional / missing items with clear description,
quantities, enumerated or itemized and rates which are not
previously included or shown in the B.O.Q to complete the
build up of lump sum price. Should the contractor fail to
insert any item here, it will be deemed that his lump sum
price for the tender includes all items either shown on the
drawings and described in the specification or deemed
necessary to develop the drawings and specifications to
represent the entire cost of the works and no subsequent
claim for any additional item will be entertained.
