PCCW Update
Dear all - just a quick update:

We'd like to thank Toni and Mary for being such awesome leaders the last 2+
years. Diane Liebel will be a CoChair for 2018 assisted by Anne Boothe (until May and
then we'd like a new volunteer until year end), Sue Poulton and Janice Reichelt have
volunteered to be CoChairs for 2019 and 2020 and we have two younger members
slated for 2021 and 2022. Anne Boothe agreed to continue as Secretary and Stacy
French will continue as Treasurer. YAY, we're so excited to be ready for the future!!

Some new volunteer assignments include: Julie Snellman, Sue Poulton & Colleen
Murray will take on the Sharing Cups Ministry, Colleen Murray and Toni Ziegler will
handle the Cookie Trays & Christmas Party in December, Brenda Rummel will work
with Margaret Hanson on the Sacrament and New Baby Gift Ministry and Janice
Reichelt will coordinate the Spring Cleaning before Easter and serve as the General
Chairwoman for the Harvest Dinner. Wilma Mavencamp will continue to serve as our
liaison to the regional DCCW.

We reauthorized our cleaning contract with Diane Liebel and everyone was encouraged
to submit their $20 fee if they hadn't already. We approved bills including our DCCW
dues and made a $100 donation to the Scholarship Fund. Our Treasurer reported the
Harvest Dinner generated $3000 this fall - this is down considerable from previous
years but still noted as very successful.

A new project led by the KC's is to replace the long banquet tables with lighter (easier to
handle) round ones along with new chairs - there will be a breakfast on February 11th
after Mass with funds to assist that effort. We've also received word that the elevator is
slated to be repaired :) All were invited and encouraged to attend the Nite at the Races
set for January 9th.

We are going to hold our next meetings before Mass (just to try it) - so PLEASE join us
at 9:15AM on February 11th. It's a wonderful way to share your talents and be part of
the fellowship of the Parish Council of Catholic Women (PCCW.)

Thank you and God Bless.
