Although legally established in February 2013, Seven West Productions was
originally created in Michigan, April 1995 as a music production company under a
Co-Publishing agreement with major music publishing company named Zomba
Music Group/Jive Records. It was then placed within Universal Music Publishing
Group, becoming the world's largest music publishing business.

Lovelace was the co-writer of the song, "What Can I Say to You (to Justify My Love)"
for the artist Hi-Fives, for which credit was given to secure contract. As a writer and
lyricist, Lovelace wrote and submitted lyrics and melodies for many songs to which
she never received credit.

Instead of administering her publishing by securing copyrights and ensuring that
her works were protected, the major publishing company neglected all their
contractual obligations. She was forced to listen to her ‘gutted’ lyrics and melodies
on the radio as they topped the charts, without receiving royalties or credit.
However, what they didn't count on was that she had secured copyrights, kept
time-stamped journals and maintained all related documentation.


SWP, LLC has compiled a set of books which shed light on the darkest side of Big

Goals
Although the unethical practices are not limited to any single industry, even after
providing solid evidence of unethical business practices, secured copyrights in
response to copyright infringements and contracts, the standard response was to
attempt to discredit, induce suicide and to intimidate.

The entire process facilitates betrayal, initiates competition among its
writers/producers and battles for royalties. If you manage to survive, the
aforementioned is followed by some subhuman offer consisting of less than slave
wages, meant to minimize the damage and avoid true accountability.

As a small company, it has been easy for those in positions and who would be
negatively impacted by our products and programs to deliberately hinder while
inducing unfair competition as is demonstrated in the M ilestones section under
Overcoming Opposition.

It has become customary to vilify, discredit and deter support for any individual
who threatens or interferes with ‘Big Business’ and its profits. I n competition,
sometimes there is the use malicious means to gain an unfair advantage such as
making a direct attack against a competitor or misleading the public to the
detriment of a competitor.



Whether it is by blocking a website with unnecessary warnings, redirecting links or

giving away unedited copies of publications...these tactics can only be successful
when implemented against unprotected individuals and small businesses.

Even when multiple entities are negatively impacted for the purposes of hindering
and deterring assistance, this does not negate the value of the opportunity to
successfully affect positive change.

profit at select events and/or fundraisers upon completed agreement. For details

As Rights Holder, we are not limited to any single business venture so we would
prefer to offer opportunities to secure licensing agreements that would grant
specific publishing rights to be determined and agreed upon with regards to
territories across multiple regions - Domestic and Internationally.

The guidelines that are to be used to secure an agreement between (the Rights
Holder) and (the Publisher) is listed in IV. LEGAL TERMS S
ection. We are willing to
accept offers for both exclusive and nonexclusive licensing for specific regions
pursuant to the laws and trade agreements.

Objective
SWP, LLC has compiled a set of books which shed light on the darkest side of the

s Rights Holder, we seek to grant exclusive or
nonexclusive rights to specified publisher/investors, subject to the terms hereof


and subject further to any compulsory license which may be granted pursuant to
the laws of any nation.

We are currently seeking assistance in obtaining a PR company or a public relations

specialist for multiple domestic and international events. We are also seeking to
implement and launch global marketing campaigns to reach potential customers.

We offer most products in multiple languages so we are also seeking a linguist
and/or linguistic software provider to assist with language file conversions for
printed and digital works.

The purpose is to prepare and make available a translation of titles into multiple
languages. The purpose is to print, publish, distribute and sell (or license if in
permitted electronic format) the Translation in the format(s) in agreed Territories
only.

The purpose is to license others to reprint the Translation for book club
distribution, newspaper or magazine serialization or for use of portions thereof in
an anthology or other collective work; provided however, that any such license shall
be subject to Rights Holder's prior written approval in every case, which approval
shall not be unreasonably withheld.

All such licenses shall expressly provide that they are subject to any language or
territorial restrictions set forth above herein.

All payments received by Publisher for any such license shall be divided equally
between Publisher and Rights Holder.

Publisher shall account to Rights Holder for such payments according to the
schedule set forth in written agreement. In consideration of the rights herein
granted, Investor/Publisher shall pay to the Rights Holder a further non-returnable
advance in the amount set forth in written agreement.

All that is required is to rebrand, repackage and market these products effectively
on a global scale. Due to these publications conflict with billion dollar industries , it
has been difficult navigating through opposition. As a small publisher, I have been
unable to successfully break through to reach my target audience. However, this
does not negate this project.

concern is to ensure the availability of our products for decades to come.
I. Overcoming Opposition
1. Our programs and publications expose major corruption, abuse of
power, privacy violations, conflicting with the goals of a billion-dollar
industry, w
e have faced major opposition and experienced multiple
unfair trade practices and unfair competition which has greatly
affected our ability to reach sales goals.

2. We have been able to maintain our day to day function; however, due
to budget constraints, we have been unable to adequately promote
and market our products.

3. During our early stages, we used the standard methods to publish;
such as, Amazon, Google Books, eBay, lulu and kobo’s POD but these


methods created a flood of other sellers. It was in the company's best

interest to manage the product sales directly and oversee that the
marketing to ensure product remains whole.
The good news is that as the Rights Holder, exclusive distributor and publisher for
all nonfictional works...we are authorized to grant license, assign cost and maintain
all offers.

It is through one of the largest providers of ebooks and POD third party sellers, that
controversial nonfiction titles are hindered.

Third party sellers are able to list any titles for sale, make a mockery of your titles
and flood the market; thereby, reducing your opportunities for business.

By removing our titles from LSI and Amazon.com, we regain control over our
products.

This kind of opposition only confirms that the information provided in these titles
merit interest; especially, when methods are used to deter...


When a small business or an individual entrepreneur attempts to compete while

exposing unethical business practices, it is easy to hinder progress. By providing
the opportunity for others to disseminate, edit, repackage and use for business
purposes through licensing rights, it becomes a catalyst for real progress.

Since music is everywhere, by educating others not only do we save lives, but from
a business standpoint we profit while having a positive effect on the entire world.

title and program.

5. We have secured ISBNs from Bower in multiple formats for each title
available in the original language - English.

6. We have translated each title into a minimum of (3) three different
languages.
III. Marketing

7. We’ve been able to increase our social awareness through the use of
social media outlets, comic strips, networking, educational blogs and
multiple websites. By using a couple of media outlets, our numbers
have surged from a mere 2,000 visitors to over 130,000 visitors in less
than two years.

8. As of May 2016, there have been over 392, 535 visitors. These
numbers reflect that our additional efforts utilizing comic strips and
articles directed toward aspiring artist, writers and producers have
generated major interest in our topics and products. This is


confirmation that there is a market audience and that the need for our
products are great.
9. An intellectual property rights strategy is an effective instrument that
can facilitate a successful business. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
themselves are important for determining the success of a business. In
this scenario, the significance of IPR for a startup cannot be
over-emphasized. More often than not, startups are hotspots of
innovation and emerging technologies. Streamlining the system of
protection of their innovations will be an important value addition to
their business strategy.

Music Transforms - Comic Book

Imagine a comic book which provides detailed, valuable information for aspiring
songwriters and others without having to read 300 pages. This comic book depicts
the many tactics and methods used against the aspiring artist and writer.

Although presented with a little humor, this comic book will reach those who
otherwise would not be able to find this information elsewhere among the many
misleading other options available.

The proceeds raised will fund the production of standard-sized, coated, perfect
bound comic books and the legal fees associated with securing trademarks, patents
and necessary permission.

A portion of the comics have already been copy-written as a part of an educational
project for aspiring artists. Our test results have reflected the need for visual
stimulation and through the use of satire to engage our viewers we have received
better responses.

When addressing important issues, the use of satire improved our ability to
generate interest in comparison to a textbook sized publication. The increase in the
generation of adult comics, graphic novels and animation has definitely had an
impact on our society. It is used as forum in a wide range of topics; such as, politics,
social issues and many more.

Why not began a whole new area of addressing the 'ugly, cold, hard truth' with
regards to all things in our society? This comic book doesn't just apply to a specific

Foreign-Language License Agreement

This Agreement is made on the date specified above, between the person or entity
licensing rights ("Rights Holder"), and the person or entity accepting that license
(hereinafter called the "Publisher") all as set forth above.
WITNESSETH

1. Rights Holder grants to Publisher the following exclusive or nonexclusive rights (as
chosen by the Publisher in the registration process and set forth above), subject to the
terms hereof and subject further to any compulsory license which may be granted
pursuant to the laws of any nation:
(a) To prepare a translation into the language designated above (the "Translation") of
the edition and work designated above, by the author set forth therein (the "Work");
(b) To print, publish, distribute and sell (or license if in permitted electronic format) the
Translation in the format(s) specified above in the Territories set forth therein
(c) To license others to reprint the Translation for book club distribution, newspaper or
magazine serialization or for use of portions thereof in an anthology or other collective
work; provided however, that any such license shall be subject to Rights Holder's prior
written approval in every case, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. All
such licenses shall expressly provide that they are subject to any language or territorial
restrictions set forth above herein. All payments received by Publisher for any such
license shall be divided equally between Publisher and Rights Holder. Publisher shall
account to Rights Holder for such payments according to the schedule set forth in
Paragraph 5 below.
(d) This grant of rights shall not apply to any text, illustrations or supplemental material
from other sources that may be incorporated in the original Work; however, the
Publisher may substitute therefor (with Rights Holder's prior written permission, which
shall not be unreasonably withheld) other high-quality textual, illustrative or
supplemental material for which Publisher has obtained the necessary rights, and which
is relevant and in all other ways suitable for incorporation in the Translation. All rights
now existing or which hereafter come into existence and which are not specifically
granted to Publisher in this Agreement are hereby reserved by Rights Holder.
2. Publisher shall prepare a Translation that is complete and accurate, with such
modifications of the original text as are necessary to achieve a competent and idiomatic


translation into the language specified above, without changing the meaning or
otherwise materially altering the original text (unless Rights Holder has given its prior
written permission for such alteration). The Translation shall include adequate indices
and tables if they are a part of the original Work.
3. Publisher shall, at its own expense, prepare and publish the Translation within two
years of the date of this Agreement. On or before the date of first publication of the
Translation, Publisher shall forward to Rights Holder (i) requested free copies of the
Translation in the number specified above; and(ii) a statement in the English language
showing the total number of copies printed and Publisher's catalog retail price. The
foregoing statement and at least one free copy shall be sent to Rights Holder by
registered airmail. If Publisher shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of
Paragraph 3, the rights herein granted to Publisher shall revert to Rights Holder upon
Rights Holder's written notice to Publisher, this Agreement shall terminate upon such
notice, and Rights Holder shall be entitled to retain any payments theretofore made by
Publisher.
4.. In consideration of the rights herein granted, Publisher shall pay to the Rights
Holder a further non-returnable advance in the amount set forth above. The advance
specified in this paragraph shall not be subject to repayment to the Publisher regardless
of the number of copies of the Translation actually printed and sold. The Publisher
agrees to make prompt payment of the advance, but in no instance shall payment be
made later than 30 (thirty) days after full execution of this Agreement. If payment is not
made within such time, the Rights Holder may terminate this Agreement by written
notice to the Publisher without prejudice to any of the rights of the Rights Holder,
including, without limitation, the right to receive any money due pursuant to this
Agreement.
In addition, Publisher shall pay Rights Holder royalties as set forth in Rights Holder's
additional terms and conditions applicable to this Agreement, as provided to Publisher
in writing during the transaction process and incorporated herein.
5. Publisher shall render accounts of sales of the Translation to Rights Holder as
follows:
(a) Each account shall be delivered to Rights Holder within six weeks following the
termination of Publisher's standard accounting period (which shall be no less frequently
than annually), together with payment of the amount shown to be due thereon. Each
account shall be in the English language and shall include Publisher's catalog retail
price, and the number of copies sold (or, if electronic, licensed) during accounting


period. Publisher shall also provide Rights Holder with all other relevant information
and documentation which Rights Holder may reasonably require. Rights Holder shall
have the right on reasonable notice to examine Publisher's relevant books and records in
order to verify such accounts.
(b) If in any such inspection or audit the amounts owed to Rights Holder are more than
the amount actually paid, Publisher shall immediately pay any deficiency. In addition, if
such deficiency is five (5) percent or more, Publisher shall immediately pay Rights
Holder the costs Rights Holder incurs in connection with the inspection of audit
including attorney and accountant fees.
(c) Unless Publisher is hereafter otherwise notified in writing, all payments, statements,
accounts, publications, documents and notices which Publisher is required to forward or
deliver to Rights Holder pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be addressed to
Rights Holder at the address herein above stated and marked to the attention of the
Director, Subsidiary Rights.
6. THE PUBLISHER UNDERTAKES:
(a) To take all steps as may be necessary or appropriate to protect the copyright in the
Translation under law and to secure the benefits of copyright protection under all
international copyright conventions and agreements that are available for such
protection;
(b) To place notice of copyright in the Translation in the name of the Publisher;
(c) To print the following information on the title page, or on the reverse side thereof, in
every copy of the Translation: (i) the English language title of the original Work; (ii) any
acknowledgments appearing in the original Work; (iii) the copyright notice appearing in
the original Work; and (iv) the following notice: "All Rights Reserved. Authorized
translation from the English language edition published by [Name of Rights Holder].";
(d) To give due prominence to the name(s) of the author(s) on the title page and on the
binding of every copy of the Translation and in all advertisements for the Translation,
and shall require its permitted licensees to do the same; and
(e) In addition to Publisher's own logo, Publisher shall print the Rights Holder's logo in
the same typeface and design as it appears on the original Work, on the bottom left or
right side of the front cover and on the spine of every copy of the Translation. In
connection therewith, Publisher acknowledges that Rights Holder., Rights Holder's logo
and any book and series titles (collectively referred to as the "Marks") are the sole and
exclusive property of Rights Holder. Rights Holder reserves all rights, including without


limitation all worldwide trademark and service mark rights, in the Marks. Publisher
shall take no action which shall be adverse to Rights Holder's exclusive rights in the
Marks.
7. Publisher shall absolve and hold Rights Holder and its successors and assigns free
and harmless from any claim of whatsoever nature arising from the preparation,
printing, publication and sale of the Translation or from the exercise of any other rights
granted herein, except for any claim of copyright infringement by the original Work.
Publisher shall promptly notify Rights Holder in the event that Publisher becomes
aware of any infringement of the proprietary rights in the Translation or the original
Work, including but not limited to the existence of any pirated translation or other
edition, any unauthorized copies or any other alleged or potential infringement. Rights
Holder shall have the sole and exclusive right, but not the obligation, to pursue a claim
for any such infringement in such manner as it deems appropriate, and Publisher agrees
to reasonably cooperate with Rights Holder in connection therewith.
8. The Agreement shall be valid for the number of years set forth above from the date of
the Agreement.
(a) Upon the effective date of termination, Publisher's right to manufacture additional
copies of the Translation shall terminate and all rights shall revert subject to licenses
previously granted; provided however, that Publisher shall have the right to continue to
distribute, advertise and sell copies of the Translation then existing, subject to
Publisher's royalty obligations in respect thereof, for a period of one (1) year. No further
sales may be made after that period.
(b) Publisher shall notify Rights Holder in the event the Translation is longer available
for purchase (if in print format) or license (if in electronic format). If Publisher fails to
make the work available within six months of unavailability, or if Publisher should be
declared bankrupt or become insolvent, or if it should violate any of the terms of this
Agreement and not rectify such violation within thirty (30) days following receipt of
written notice from Rights Holder to do so, all rights herein granted to Publisher shall
revert to Rights Holder and this Agreement shall forthwith terminate, without prejudice,
however, to any claims which Rights Holder may have against Publisher.
9. All amounts payable by Publisher to Rights Holder arising under this Agreement are
exclusive of, and without reduction for, any Taxes. For the avoidance of doubt, Publisher
shall be responsible for, and shall pay, all Taxes arising under this Agreement, except for
Taxes imposed on Rights Holder's net income. Rights Holder acknowledges that it shall
provide Publisher with the appropriate documentation which may eliminate or reduce


any applicable Taxes. In the event Taxes are paid by Publisher to a governmental body
in connection with this Agreement, Publisher shall promptly provide Rights Holder with
copies of relevant tax documents, if any, evidencing the payment of such Taxes to such
governmental body. To the extent Publisher fails to pay any applicable Taxes, Publisher
shall indemnify and hold Rights Holder harmless from all third-party claims or
liabilities (including without limitation reimbursement for reasonable outside attorneys'
fees and disbursements) associated with such failure.
"Taxes" shall mean any federal, state, local, foreign or other tax (including, without
limitation, any income tax, franchise tax, capital gains tax, gross receipts tax,
value-added tax, goods and services tax, consumption tax, surtax, estimated tax,
unemployment tax, national health insurance tax, excise tax, ad valorem tax, transfer
tax, stamp tax, sales tax, use tax, property tax, business tax, withholding tax or payroll
tax), levy, assessment, tariff, duty (including any customs duty), deficiency or fee, and
any related charge or amount (including any fine, penalty or interest), imposed,
assessed or collected by or under the authority of any governmental body
10. Publisher shall not assign, transfer or in any way encumber this Agreement or
Publisher's rights and obligations hereunder without Rights Holder's prior written
consent.
11. If the Publisher is acquired by another publishing company then this Agreement
shall terminate in accordance with Paragraph 9(a) above. In such event, Rights Holder
shall have the right to acquire the Publisher's (1) remaining inventory and printing
plates at the Publisher's cost and (2) copyright in the Publisher's Translation for a
mutually agreed upon price.
12. This Agreement may not be modified except by an instrument in writing signed by
both Rights Holder and Publisher.
13. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted under and in accordance with
the laws of the principal place of business of the Rights Holder. Any legal action, suit or
proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof shall be
instituted in a court of competent jurisdiction where the Rights Holder maintains its
principal place of business, and each party hereby consents and submits to the personal
jurisdiction of such court, waives any objection to venue in such court and consents to
service of process by registered.
