CODE OF CONDUCT AND WORK ETHICS POLICY
The code of conduct and work ethics policy are formulated to maintain employee professionalism
by ensuring that all employees adhere to appropriate standards as set out in this policy to maintain
and enhance company’s reputation.

The policy serves as a guidance to all employees of company on how should employees act when
undertaking business on behalf of the company.

A breach of the policy may lead to disciplinary actions against the employee/s concerned. This
code of conduct applies to all the employees of the company. We also expect managers and
seniors to set as an example to younger and new employee/s of the company.

To safeguard the company’s reputation employees must conduct themselves with the highest
ethical standards at all times. Compliance with all policies of the company should be adhered to
by all the employees at all times.

PROFESSIONALISM

1. Every employee should be committed in maintaining the highest standards of integrity

and honesty in their work.
2. Employees have the responsibility to share information, assist co-employees and promote
teamwork and mutually supportive environment.
3. In times of misunderstandings and miscommunications, employees are expected to
correct and address it promptly.
4. Employees should always give respect to one another as we promote good and friendly
environment.
5. NEVER spread gossips among other employees and do actions that may result in
conflicts within the department or organization.

PROTECTION AND USE OF COMPANY PROPERTY

1. Company Properties must only be used for official business of company not for personal
gains.
2. All employees are responsible in protecting and taking care of company properties.
Proper use, care and maintenance of this properties should be engaged.
3. Company’s property must not be borrowed, loaned or disposed of, except in accordance
with appropriate company policy.

INFORMATION AND COMPANY CONFIDENTIALITY

1. All employees are entrusted with confidential information.

2. Employees should acknowledge, read and sign confidentiality agreement. Any violation
of terms and conditions might lead to legal actions.
3. Intellectual property of company should always be protected.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Employees who commit a violation of the conduct will be given a disciplinary action (including
termination) without prejudice in any civil or criminal proceedings that the company may file
for violation of existing law.

AMMENDMENTS

The company reserves the rights to add and revise the code of conduct by resolution of the
