PLAINTIFF, respectfully prays:

1. That the plaintiff, Elles Swey is of legal age, Filipino Citizen, single, with residence at Visente
Rama, Cebu City;
2. That plaintiff believed that defendant corporation was authorized and licensed to do business in
the Philippines;
3. That defendant corporation misrepresented itself to the public having authority to act as one;
4. That defendant corporation committed a breach of contract with plaintiff resulting to damages;
5. That the private defendants assumed to act as a valid corporation;
6. That because of such misrepresentation, all private defendants shall be liable as general
partners for all debts, liabilities, and damages incurred or arising as a result thereof.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed unto this Honorable Court that, after
hearing, judgement be rendered in its favour and the defendants will pay the amount of P500,000.00 as
damages.
