Counselling of the candidates who have applied for admission into the above

courses in these Universities will be held in the Auditorium, College of Home

Science, Saifabad, Near Secretariat, Hyderabad based on their EAMCET-2010

Ranks (Except for B.Sc. (Hons.) Home Science Course) on the dates and time

mentioned below:

More number of candidates than required are called for Counselling and

therefore this call does not guarantee admission to all those who have been called for.

Candidates should report at this Counselling centre one hour before the

scheduled time with all original certificates as listed in Information Brochure along with

the relevant fees.

Candidates who have already applied based on two year

Intermediate or its equivalent course (or) three year Home
Science Diploma Holders.
NOTE:-

* In these categories only left over seats after third day counselling will be filled

™ NF = Non Farmer, F= Farmer

™ All categories including OC, BC, SC and ST (Non-Farmer, Farmer & Women)
™ Selection of candidates under S.C., S.T. and B.C. quota is subject to clearance
by the respective social status Directorates of Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The provisional selection under BC-E category is subject to the final
adjudication (in W.P.No. 15267 of 2007) in the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra
Pradesh.
™ This notification shall be treated as individual intimation. No Individual
intimations will be sent.
™ The selected candidates have to pay per semester the tuition fee of Rs. 2,000/-
for all U.G. courses and Rs. 16,000/- for B.Tech.(Food Science), B.Sc.(CA&BM)
& Rs. 16,500/- for B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture payment seats (excluding Hostel
fee and deposits for all courses). In addition, candidates will have to pay an
amount of Rs. 4,200/- (Approx.) for all U.G. Courses and Rs. 4,500/- for
B.Sc.(Hons.) Home Science Course towards other fees at the time of
counselling and submit all original certificates.
™ BC, SC, ST & PH candidates are exempted from payment of tuition fees only
whose parental income is less than Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) per
annum. The income certificate issued on or after 01-01-2010 only will be
accepted. However they have to pay fees other than tuition fees at the time of
counselling.
™ The rank holders of 4343, 4853, 5093, 5764, 6706, 7561, 8206, 8369, 9970,
10633, 11759 and 15578 need not attend this counselling due to various reasons
like late receipt of applications / under or over aged etc.
™ The Counselling will be conducted on all the days as notified above including
public holidays and even in the event of any day declared holiday by
Government.
™ Only one parent / guardian per student will be allowed at the counselling
centre
