There were many combination indicates second marriage. Most common is if the lord of 7th house stands
in the dual sign.

If 11th lord and 7th lord exchanges the houses

7th lord in strong conjunction with mercury in dual signs. These indicates legal or illegal second affairs.

There are no such planetary combinations that perse tell about second marriage or other consecutive
marriages. In order see marriage you have to learn Astrology and i cant not explain this in short as you
have to learn how to read chart and what planets represents. Once this is done then you to learn to see
divisional charts and when you learn Navamsa chart which for marriage and destiny then you can easily
predict no. of marriages the native have.
