Note: The above watering regime is only indicative.
Depending upon locality, moisture availability and range
it can be rearranged by the DFOs. The cost should be
restricted to the no.of surviving plants in any given
month and the stretch. Log books should be maintained
for each tractor/ cart and verified by the DFO
periodically and satisfy that the watering regime is
followed before admitting the vouchers. Abstract of
watering every month should be recorded in plantation
Journals. This will apply to all years. The DFOs will be
personally held responsible for regulating the
expenditure.
In case any infrastructure is to be developed for creation

of water sources etc., it should be done as per I.D.S.S.R.
following other financial rules. If departmental vehicles
are used, expenditure is to be booked as per actuals,
with in scheme proposals which has to be certified by the
concerned Dy.CF/DFO.

Depending upon locality, moisture availability and range
it can be rearranged by the DFOs. The cost should be

followed before admitting the vouchers. Abstract of
watering every month should be recorded in plantation
Journals. This will apply to all years. The DFOs will be
personally held responsible for regulating the
expenditure.
In case any infrastructure is to be developed for creation
of water sources etc., it should be done as per I.D.S.S.R.
following other financial rules. If departmental vehicles
are used, expenditure is to be booked as per actuals,
with in scheme proposals which has to be certified by the
concerned Dy.CF/DFO.
