CATEGORY 1: Phi Kappa Phi Outstanding Senior Award

 REGULAR SENIOR as of FIRST SEMESTER AY 2017-2018 NOT a transfer student (from

other universities)
 Should NOT have a record of any previous or pending disciplinary case
 NO grade of “4” or “5”; and at the time of submission, NO “Incomplete” NOR “Underload”
 With the following weighted averages:

1.20 or better for a 4-year course

1.45 or better for a 5-year course
1.60 or better for a 6-year course
1.75 or better for a second degree (Law or Medicine)

 General Weighted Average of 1.45 or better

 Should not have any disciplinary record
 Not a transfer student from other universities
 No grades of “4” or “5”; and at the time of submission, no “Incomplete”

B. Nominees at the Senior Undergraduate Level

 Must belong to the following categories:
 Honor Graduates as of Summer 2017
 Honor Graduates as of First Semester, AY 2017-2018
 Candidate for Graduation with Honors, Second Semester, AY 2017-2018
(weighted average as of First Semester, AY 2017-2018)
 Should not have any disciplinary record
 Not a transfer student from other universities
 No grades of “4” or “5”; and at the time of submission, no “Incomplete”

C. Nominees at the Graduate Level

 Weighted Average of 1.25 or better (should be accompanied by a true copy of
grades)
 Must belong to the following categories:
 Graduates as of Summer 2017
 Graduates as of First Semester, AY 2017-2018
 Graduating for Second Semester, AY 2017-2018 (weighted average as of First
Semester, AY 2016-2017)
 Should not have any disciplinary record
 Should have a minimum continuous residency in UP of at least 2 years with full
load
