PROINELCA was founded by a group of high standing professionals with broad experience
in the field of Power Generation Plants, Transmission and Power Distribution, with the goal
of sucessfully satisfying the needs of the Energy Industry Market worldwide.
PROINELCA is focussed on the design of power generation plants, power substations and
industry plants in the field of electric, mechanical and control & instrumentation engineering.
We provide turnkey solutions for comprehensive proyects from basic and detailed
engineering, systems desing, equipment supply, assemby, assemby supervision,
commissioning, operation & maintenance.

We have our own production workshop and testing equipment. Thus, we can certify that all
control panels (protection, control and communitation systems) and SCADA systems are
succesfully proven, which ensures an optimal assembly and commissioning.
