1. The problem area

2. Beliefs, personal beliefs & philosophy
3. New understanding or awareness that you gained from the materials and discussions
4. The recommendations and & actions taken to fix it

Steps for an effective reflective practice

1. Identify the problem – the context in detail

2. Make an analysis of the problem
3. Act & observe on the issue – use questions to evaluate the evidence (looking for a
reason)
4. Determine action to change & fix the problem
