Field safety Officer at PT. Puncak Kencana ( September 2017 – present) Project with
PT.Nusa Halmahera Minerals – Halmahera Utara and PT.Maeras Soputan Mining - Likupang
Responsibility :
 Create JSEA, Work Permit and conduct to briefing safety every morning before start to work.
 Create safety performance report (daily, weekly or monthly) related the leading and leaging indicator.
 Inspects of project facilities, equipments, operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in
compliance of company safety regulations.
