Madhuri Shekar’s plays have been produced or developed at the Alliance Theatre, Victory Gardens, East West Players,
Center Theatre Group, South Coast Repertory, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Hedgebrook Playwrights Festival,
the Kennedy Center and the Old Globe. She is a member of the Ma-Yi Writers Lab, the Ars Nova Play Group, and is a
playwriting fellow at the Juilliard School. MFA: USC.
