Re: Notice to Vacate

Dear Ms. Sarah H. delos Reyes,
This letter serves as a notice to vacate the property immediately upon receipt of this letter.
By virtue of our valid and existing lease contract, I, the lessee, have the right to fully utilize the
premises within the bounds of our contract and other existing laws. Your current occupancy
within the leased property limits my right to the use of the said lot.
You must remove your possessions upon receipt of notice and vacate the premises
immediately.
