Maj. Gen (Retd.) J.S. Ghumman, VSM, Director, OSSIM
Gen Ghumman retired as Director General, Army Education Corps, he has also been Col Commandant
of the Army Education Corps. Awarded Commendation Card by Chief of Army Staff and Army
Commander. He is MSc, M.ed & has been on the Board of the several education trusts. With prolonged
professional experience in education administration, during his 37 years, has had approx 10 years of
experience with Sainik Schools as Inspecting Officer, Principal and Head Master. While in service he

Group Captain Onkar Singh, Psc, Deputy Director, OSSIM

A Security Management Trainer and professional of long standing, Onkar is a Senior Security Faculty
and is part of Think Tank of OSSIM. Alumnus of Defence Services Staff College Wellington, Onkar has
also been Instructor at Patiala Flying Club. He was awarded the Best Professional Award as an ATCO in

Col. (Retd) K.C.Goswami, Security Expert

K C Goswami served with the Elite Special Forces i.e. the Parachute Commando Regiment. As a
Colonel, in 1986, he was picked-up and placed as the Chief Operational Trainer of The National Security
Guard, also known as Black Cat Commandos, India’s premier Counter and Anti Terrorist Combat Force.
