Dear NEA - Dallas and Dallas County Schools Members;
A Happy December to one and all! Happiest of a Winter Holiday
to you and your loved ones! The month of December is here
with the cooler weather that we have been dreaming about
since last June. We have been on our New Dawn Express Train This is the season to contribute to our
with over 153,000 wonderful students heading towards a
successful ending of Semester I at all our Dallas ISD schools.
Some will begin the month with STAAR Exams that we have all
encouraged, prepared, and taught our students to do well on
since we got in this train. Others have ACPs on which the
students will also achieve success as we start to think about
the festive holiday season that is around the corner. Still
others, on your buses, will continue to greet the students every
morning with a smile, and reward them with tokens for having
gotten good grades in school thus far.
Each year in our schools we contemplate what decorations to Come and join us for Brunch and our
