Recruitment -
Manpower planning and Budgeting – Coordinating with the department heads for
manpower requirements.
End to end recruitment activities include sourcing profiles, screening the profiles,
scheduling the interviews, coordinating with the panelists, calling and mailing the
feedback to the candidates, negotiation of the pay package.
Offer generation, joining formalities, arranging the work place & system, creating
provisions with the help of IT, ID cards, Bank accounts, introduction to the team.
Personal file and employee’s database management.
Responsible for driving induction and orientation program for new joiners and
campus hires (trainees).
Taking care of pre and on-boarding formalities of new joiners and trainees

Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training,
compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee
orientation. Designed and Implemented best practices in all facets of HR like
Talent Acquisition, HR policies, Compensation Management and Training and
Development
Reworked new-hire orientation program to include HR information and
company resources. Designed a separate module for trainees hired through
campus.
