with the TPO’s for campus hiring. Scheduling the plan for visiting campus.

 Conducting the written tests, evaluating the candidates. Interviewing and


selecting the candidates based on their performance

 Designed a manual for recruitment of trainees.

Orientation & Training & Development –

 Responsible for driving induction and orientation program for new joiners and
campus hires (trainees).

 Taking care of pre and on-boarding formalities of new joiners and trainees

 Identification of training needs through the process of performance appraisal

 Identifying and establishing training needs of various departments. Planning and


scheduling the training for the employees

Performance Management System –


 Jointly designed the online yearly performance appraisal assessing and
evaluation process

 Involved in final appraisal and rating after receiving the feedback

 Evaluated the effectiveness of the online system for performance appraisal
