Appendix A. Frequency Tables for ITC Netherlands Four Page Summary

This document presents tables of data which correspond to the ITC Netherlands Four Page Summary. All tables are listed in chronological order of the original
document, and present weighted point estimates with corresponding 95% confidence intervals.
“Valid responses” refer to all responses included in the calculation of statistics reported in the Netherlands Four Page Summary, where point estimates
excluded item-specific non-responses; the only exceptions to this rule were for income, knowledge-based questions (where “Don’t know” is considered a valid
response), or where otherwise explicitly indicated. “All responses” includes all participants, whether the response was a valid response, a non-response (such
as “Refused” or “Don’t know”), or whether a response was missing altogether.

Note that for greater comparability, Wave 1-Wave 2 longitudinal comparisons were based on Wave 1 and Wave 2 frequencies for the internet (Computer
Assisted Web Interviewing - CAWI) survey sample only. For all other Wave 1 results, total combined frequencies of the telephone (Computer Assisted
Telephone Interview - CATI) and internet (CAWI) responses were reported. For international comparisons, Wave 1 telephone (CATI) and Internet (CAWI)
responses were reported only for those 18 years of age or older; this was done to improve comparability to all other ITC country surveys, which consisted of
adult-only samples, defined by the same age criterion. The Reference Table at the beginning of this Appendix indicates which samples were used for each
survey result.
