Welcome pupils and greeting pupils.

While:-
Pupils sit in groups and introduce themselves in English to classmates
sitting near them.
Pupils are shown images of recycling. They then discuss things which
can be recycled
Pupils are asked to suggest 3 reasons why recycling is a good.

Post:-
Pupils are asked to remember key reasons for recycling.

Pupils will be introduced the title of the listening text ( pg 25 KBSM English)
While:-
Students given questions and asked to predict answer.
Teachers will read a text about waste disposal to the pupils.
Pupils listen and check the answer with the whole class.
Teacher write the vocabulary of items from the transcript and explain and ask
the them tell the words
Pupils are divide into groups and make suggestions using modal of suggestion.
Post:-
Pupils share answers with whole class and write the suggestions on the board.

Student are asked to sequence the words in the title in the right order.

Pupils are divide into groups. One group given worksheet on How paper is
recycled? and the other How glass is recycled?
Pupils will match the text to the pictures.
Pupils now will tell each other about their own process using prompts they
practice.
Post:-
Pupils will say one new thing they learned about recycling. Teacher hand out
completed texts on paper and glass.

Each group come up with rules for the places they assigned and read out to
the class. The other group will repeat and guess the location.
While:-
Pupils read a text on recycling.
Pupils choose the sentences that depicted the do’s and the don’ts.
Pupils write the do’s and the don’ts on a sticky note and paste it on a combo
mat.
Pupils discuss the answer in a group.
One stay and two stray – Two will roam from one desk to another and write
other rules related to the topic.
Pupils present their work to the class.
